This is Insane: Every Yahoo Account Was Hacked

It’s not the most devastating hack ever (that is still most likely the Equifax hack, until something more dangerous comes along)… but the Yahoo hack might be the biggest ever.

It’s the first (reported) time in Internet history where a company is admitting that 100% of their user base got hacked.

What a mess.

The only silver lining: The breach happened a while ago and Yahoo forced every user to change their passwords when they originally reported.

Yahoo now belongs to Verizon, and they’re part of the group that Verizon calls “Oath.” Seems like a few leaders may end up under oath for this one.

Here’s The Story from CNN Money (warning: Auto-play ad, because CNN apparently thinks users love auto-play ads)
